It features 5 removable chromeplated cooking racks that can accommodate various sizes of meat, providing a total smoking area of 855 SQIN. The builtin hooks at the top of the chamber are good for smoking long cuts of meats
𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥: The left small chamber contains the charcoal fuel and wood chips, allowing the fruitwood aroma to flow through a sealed connector into the right main vertical smoker chamber for lowtemperature smoking. We also provide a water pan to keep the meat tender and add a distinctive smoky flavor
𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥: We have equipped a hightemperature enamel charcoal pan for the smoker chamber, which can transform this offset smoker into a vertical smoker, letting you enjoy different flavors. Moreover, using the charcoal pan together with the offset smoker can increase the temperature during offset smoking, accelerating food maturation and reducing waiting time
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: We have designed an adjustable air vent at the bottom of the side fire chamber, which, together with the chimney on the main barrel smoker, effectively extend the air path and enhance food flavor. Additionally, we have included adjustable door latches to maximize the seal of the barrel smoker. Paired with the builtin thermometer, you can monitor the internal temperature in realtime for more precise temperature control
